Guitars
I don't seem to watch much television, so I end up getting engrossed in my
hobbies. Since I started learning to play the six-string guitar in May 2007,
I've been fascinated with the idea of building my own.
My mum-in-law bought me a kit (a Telecaster clone) that I enjoyed building - but somehow that's not quite the same as making loads of sawdust out in the garden shed for night after night.
The kit-built Tele served a purpose though. It made me start looking around at what other home-builders were up to. Reading through their sites gave me the encouragement to have a go. It also gave me the encouragement to document my efforts and stick them in this corner of web real estate.
At the time of revamping this site (February 2009) I'm still transferring
the pics and stories of the various guitars across. The links to each guitar
will appear on the left of the page...
